I am Alessandro Meniconi, a consulting winemaker born and raised in a land that speaks the language of wine. Since childhood, thanks to my family, I have been surrounded by a deep passion for viticulture.
That passion grew into a journey of study and experience, which today allows me to interpret the voice of each territory with expertise and vision, creating wines that tell authentic stories.
Wine is an art, a craft, but above all a passion expressed in every single detail. That is why I believe producers are the true artisans of wine. Every bottle tells a story born from the work of those who, with commitment and dedication, cultivate the vineyard every day, oversee the production process, and refine every aspect of winemaking. My role is to stand alongside these producers, enhancing the value of their work and supporting them in their pursuit of quality.

For me, wine is a continuous journey, an endless exploration of territories, grape varieties, and traditions. I always start from one fundamental belief: great work begins in the vineyard and with the grapes. As a consulting winemaker, I seek to respect and enhance the raw material, because that is where the future of wine truly begins.

The cellar is the place where intuition takes shape, where grapes become wine, and every choice expresses a vision. My work in the cellar is not only technical: it is listening, exchange, and sensitivity. I guide the producer through a shared journey made of tastings, ideas, reflections, and small details that make the difference. I believe in consulting that does not impose, but suggests; that does not standardize, but enhances identity. Every wine is a story, and my role is to help tell it in the most authentic way possible.
VINEYARD
Quality begins first and foremost with the land and with those who live it every day. My contribution in the vineyard starts by listening to the producer: to their experience, their choices, and their doubts. I do not directly handle the agronomic side, but I work alongside those who manage the vineyard to translate the potential of the grapes into enological expression. I observe, taste, exchange ideas, and help create a bridge between vineyard and cellar, so that every harvest becomes an opportunity to grow and move ever closer to the wine one wishes to create.
BUSINESS GROWTH
Beyond wine, there is the idea of wine. That is why it is essential to create moments of strategic dialogue, helping the company reflect on its identity, future projects, and desired changes. We talk about style, coherence, positioning, and production choices. Above all, we share visions. Alongside this, I offer training paths dedicated to producers, collaborators, and company teams, designed to foster awareness, autonomy, and professional growth. This is not about marketing or sales, but about giving strength and direction to ideas, so that the company can express itself with coherence and conviction.
