I have a story to share with you—one that cannot simply be scrolled past in a matter of seconds. It asks for time, reflection, and patience. Much like wine itself, whose refinement requires time to find balance and truth, where every stage must unfold naturally, because forcing the process inevitably compromises the result. It is a handcrafted journey, one that deserves respect for its timing, its raw materials, and the craft behind it.
I invite you to take a moment to discover what lies behind every single bottle—unique, handcrafted, and rare. Too often, in the rush of modern life, we lose sight of the deeper meaning of what we are seeing or listening to.
For more than twenty years, I have had the privilege of working as a winemaker alongside numerous wineries, helping projects grow and transforming ideas into wines. I believe the role of a winemaker is to place knowledge, sensitivity, and experience at the service of the producer, guiding them through a shared journey while respecting the uniqueness of every estate and constantly striving to enhance its identity.
In 2024, at a moment in my life when I needed a new beginning, I felt the desire to create something that was profoundly my own—conceived, built, and interpreted entirely by me from the very beginning to the very end—as a way of telling my own story through wine.
Much like a songwriter who chooses to reveal themselves through the lyrics of a song, where every word, every pause, and every silence becomes part of their identity. Or like a chef who signs a dish, carefully shaping every decision—from the choice of ingredients to the cooking technique—expressing a personal style built on balance, instinct, and vision.
P5S is an independent project where every vintage reflects my state of mind, a chapter of my life, and a particular technical and emotional perspective. It is my personal interpretation of the grapes and the wine, guided not only by experience, but also by instinct, the freedom to choose, and the desire to understand what each harvest wishes to tell me.
Every vintage may be different from the one before. The seasons change, the grapes may change, the land may change—and inevitably, I change as the person interpreting them.
It is a dynamic and independent project, free from the constraints of any appellation, existing alongside my work as a consulting winemaker without ever overlapping with it, while keeping roles, ideas, and identities clearly distinct.

A Spark is a deeply personal vision of what you aspire to create. It is born from your ambitions, values, and emotions. It is not yet a defined goal or a structured plan, but rather the direction toward which you are drawn.

Soil is the concrete foundation on which everything begins to take shape.
In winemaking, Soil is not merely earth: it is the essential terroir, the element that gives identity, character, and uniqueness to the final wine. It is what allows the Spark to take root in reality, transforming aspiration into something tangible and perceptible.
It is the natural habitat of the chosen grape: the place where the vine finds its ideal home, adapting to the mineral qualities, climate, and composition of the land. In this unique environment, each vine can fully express its potential, nourished by the Soil that sustains it and makes it truly unrepeatable.
Sun
Sun
The Sun is a Star. It is the vital energy that illuminates, warms, and nourishes the growth of the vine; it is the essential climatic element that allows the plant to express its full potential.
It works in harmony with rain, temperature, and microclimate, creating the ideal conditions for the development of the grape. It is the Sun that regulates the ripening of the clusters, encourages the balance between sugar and acidity, and defines the intensity of aromas and flavors.
Each vine responds to light and exposure, making every cluster a unique reflection of the encounter between the plant, the Soil, and the climate.
Skills
Skills
Skills are built through years of experience, study and observation. They represent a deep and conscious understanding, refined over time through patience, care and responsibility, connecting life in the vineyard with the work carried out in the cellar.
It is our Skills that guide our choices, transforming technique, sensitivity and intuition into thoughtful actions that respect the land and respond to its every change. They are the result of a journey of continuous growth, driven by careful observation, energy and passion, turning work and time into a wine that carries within it the memory of the land, the power of the sun and the intensity of every gesture made with dedication.
